About

The Goodlettsville Chamber Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization with a board of directors established according to the Foundation’s bylaws. The board has no employees. The Goodlettsville Area Chamber of Commerce provides staff support for general administration, financial accounting services and fundraising at no cost to the Foundation.

Purpose

The purpose of the Goodlettsville Chamber Foundation is the promotion of social welfare by advancing the educational, civic, economic and cultural interests of the city of Goodlettsville. The objective is to promote the growth of the city by developing leadership with a dynamic and innovative vision for the future; linking the business community in partnership with educational, governmental and non-profit organizations; and serving as a vehicle for research, planning and community education.

Preference may be given to organizations that have committed their own funds to the proposed project.

Eligibility

Applicants must:
• Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or public entity (e.g., school or library)
• Operate programs or services in Goodlettsville, TN
• Offer non-discriminatory, publicly accessible services
• Chamber membership encouraged, but not required
• Prior recipients are encouraged to apply again

We do not fund:
• Political or partisan efforts
• Religious activities
• Individuals

Application Information

Grant amount: $250 - $2500

Application Deadline: January 30, 2026

Grants will be awarded at the Chamber Gala in February.

Application Procedures: Please submit the following using the online application. Questions may be sent to info@goodlettsvillechamber.com.

The following are required:
• Copy of current 501(c)(3) letter verifying their non-profit status, or copy of page 1 of IRS Form 990 (if applicable)
• If a school is applying, the principal must approve the application ensuring the project would be implemented at that school.

Additional information may be requested by the Goodlettsville Chamber Foundation Board once the application is reviewed.

Charitable Contributions Application

The Goodlettsville Chamber Foundation welcomes applications* up until January 30th, 2026.
